At Research Works, we believe research should be useful, ethical, and grounded in people’s real-world experiences. Our mission is to help organisations ask the right questions, find meaningful answers, and use data to make informed decisions.
Whether you're exploring a trend, developing a new product, expanding your services, or trying to better understand employee or customer experiences — we work alongside you to make research work. From study design to data interpretation and translating insights into action, we support you at every stage of the research process.

We offer research and evaluation services tailored to your needs, with a strong focus on people-oriented, psychological research that explores lived experience, meaning, and context. Our work is grounded in both theory and practice, using methods that are flexible, rigorous, and fit-for-purpose.
Our services include:

We’re a team of experienced social science researchers with PhDs in Organisational Behaviour and Social Development. Together, we bring over 20 years of combined experience in academic, applied, and consulting research. Our work is grounded in mixed-method approaches, with a strong focus on understanding people’s experiences in context.
We’ve worked across sectors including education, health, labour, banking, retail, and social development — partnering with NGOs, funders, companies, and communities to design and conduct research that matters.
What sets us apart is our curiosity, care, and ability to ask the right questions and listen closely — to what’s said and unsaid. We founded Research Works to offer a thoughtful and responsive approach to research that is collaborative, context-sensitive, and genuinely useful.
